1. Introduction
These Terms of Engagement set out the basis on which VPA London Ltd (“VPA London”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides recruitment services to candidates and contractors (“you”, “your”). By registering with us, submitting your CV, or engaging with us to seek employment or assignments, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
VPA London operates as an employment agency introducing candidates for both permanent and temporary assignments with our clients. We do not charge candidates or contractors any registration or placement fees.
3. Your Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your eligibility to work in the UK. You confirm that you are legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom and will provide documentation to verify this.
4. Introductions and Client Relationships
If we introduce you to a client and that introduction leads to your direct employment, contract, or engagement, the client may be subject to an introduction or transfer fee under our agreement with them.
5. Confidentiality
All information you receive about our clients through VPA London is confidential and may not be shared or used for any purpose other than considering or undertaking an engagement arranged by us.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
